Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because The Curiouser is a physical subscription delivering hand-designed printed booklets, our policy reflects the nature of that product.
Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged for the following period. We do not offer refunds for a billing cycle that has already begun or for issues that have already shipped.
If you cancel before the monthly cutoff date, you will not receive or be charged for the following month's edition. The current cutoff date is always listed on the subscription page.
Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your booklet upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if your issue arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong edition. We'll make it right by sending a replacement at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of printed media, we do not accept returns on booklets that have been received and are in normal condition. Each edition is a limited physical print — we are unable to resell returned copies.
Refunds Refunds are not issued for completed billing cycles or shipped issues. In the event of an error on our end — wrong address due to our mistake, damaged goods, or duplicate charges — we will issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 10 business days of resolution.

European Union Customers If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item for any reason. The item must be in its original, unread condition. Please contact us via the form on the contact page to initiate this process.
