Shipping Policy
Overview The Curiouser is a physical subscription booklet shipped monthly to subscribers in the United States. Please read the below carefully so you know what to expect when your edition is on its way.
Shipping Destination We currently ship to US addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time. If you are outside the US and interested in a subscription, please reach out us via the form on the contact page — we hope to expand in the future.
Shipping Schedule Issues ship by the 7th of each month. To receive a given month's edition, you must subscribe before that month's cutoff date. The current cutoff date is always listed on the subscription page.
If you subscribe after the cutoff date, your first edition will be the following month's issue. You will not be charged until your first issue ships.
Shipping Rates Free shipping is included on all active subscriptions. There are no additional shipping charges.
Delivery Times Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rural addresses or areas with limited postal service may experience longer delivery times.
Tracking The Curiouser ships via USPS First Class Mail using standard postage. Tracking information is not available for individual issues. If you have not received your edition within 14 days of the ship date, please contact us via the form on the contact page and we will look into it.
Lost or Undelivered Issues If your edition has not arrived within 14 days of the ship date, please contact us via the form on the contact page. We will do our best to resolve the situation, including sending a replacement where possible.
We are not responsible for issues lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and up to date in your customer portal before each month's cutoff date.
Address Changes You can update your shipping address at any time through your customer portal. To ensure your updated address is applied to the upcoming issue, please make the change and set it as your default address before that month's cutoff date. The current cutoff date is always listed on the subscription page.
Damaged Issues If your booklet arrives damaged, please contact us via the form on the contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and we will send a replacement.
