Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions When you purchase a Curiouser subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries of our hand-designed printed booklet. Deliveries are based on the subscription interval you select at checkout — monthly, every 3 months, or every 6 months.

Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle for the duration of your subscription.

Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you choose to cancel.

How to Cancel You can cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal. Your order confirmation emails also contain a link to manage your subscription directly. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you will not be charged for the following period and will not receive any further issues after your current cycle ends.

We do not offer refunds for billing cycles already in progress or for issues that have already shipped.

How to Make Changes You can pause, skip, or update your subscription details — including your shipping address and billing information — at any time through your customer portal. Please make any address changes before that month's cutoff date to ensure they are applied to your upcoming issue. The current cutoff date is always listed on the subscription page.
